Custom Word Table to Excel

Hi

Can anybody help me please? I’m trying to get the attached word custom table into excel with the same formatting.

The word document is an Avery 65 label template table which is perfect but I would like this is excel if possible.

I tried many different options but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be great.
