Variable Tab Order Based on User

Is there any way to set up excel so that the tab order will be different for different users?

You could create a macro, so when you open the file, the first tab has multiple buttons, with the individual user's names on each button. You click on the appropriate button, and it will sort the tabs in whatever order the macro is set for.
