Percentage formula

I am trying to find a way to calculate a 35% figure to arrive at an initial figure
e.g.

1. Main figure - 2. 35% of Main Figure - 3. $ 679.20

So what I need is how I come up with 1 above given that 2 is 35% of it and 1 less 2 = 3

Any assistance would be appreciated

1) 100
2) 100*35% = 35
3) 100-35 (1-2) = 65

Please explain How 1 and 3 will match?

The given figure is 65% .
Figure3/65%=Figure 1
or Figure3/65*100=figure1

The attached example best explains what I am trying to do
I know the result in F but I want to fill the figures in E & d
Col e is 35% of Col d with the result being the actual figure in F

For getting the 35% from 65%

35/65=0.538461538461538

65% Value * 0.538461538461538 will get 35% value

In D7 Cell

=E7+F7

In E7 Cell

=(F7*0.538461538461538)
