Create a spreadsheet to help radial searches for clients and candidates

I have a dataset of clients and candidates that I want to create a radial search function in excel.

For example, I can put in a postcode and it will generate a list of all clients within a specified radius.

Another example, I can search all the clients from a candidates postcode/entry and see all the potential candidates.

I am looking for an excel professional to help me build a robust worksheet to help me in a recruitment role.
