    Using autotext

    Hi

Can anyone help? I have a time sheet for different trades and would like to be able to type in the person's name and each trade and and their rate of pay can immediately appear on autotext, saving me having to enter it every time. Would someone be able to help me with the formulas for this?

    Time sheet attached ...

    Thanks in advance

Thanks Alan, that's great! Just what I need. Could you show me how to auto populate an invoice for the total hours of each trade (in the invoice tab)

    Regards

In E10 on Invoice tab, type =SUMIF(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$24,Invoice!C10,Sheet1!$B$2:$B$24) and copy down.
