    Drop Down list from another sheet

    Hi,

    Can anybody please assist how to create drop dow list in one sheet from the source list in another sheet

    Welcome to the forum

    Create a named range of the source data from name manager and then put that named range in the source input of data validation.

    Or:
    =Sheet2!$A$1:$A$5

    Put the above formula in Data->Data Validation->List
    Change the Sheet name and range wherever you want.
