Put everything in 1 worksheet and use 'remove duplicates' in 'data' tab.

But It change the sequence of other columns. The other file has just single column when I do this the file 1 other columns disturbed.

Look. the file 1 has 1 million rows and 5 columns and file 2 has 1 million rows with one column. I need to change the first column of file 2 to file 1 and other columns should be change with respect to the sequence How I can do this

Upload a little file (10-15 rows)
    Worksheet 1 = file 1
    Worksheet 2 = file 2

File 2 is updated but just there is company name and email that are our remaining clients I need to paste in file 1. so all the other information could be place in the same row

I meant a xls file and not a picture.
Without the xls file try this formula to see if data exist or not

    File 1.xlsx

    File 2.xlsx

Here are the both files there is just a minor difference. removed few emails from file 2 so how I can add file 2 in file 1 and emails, nname and details remain in the same row

Re: How to merge 2 different Excel Sheets into one

Open both files and put this formula somewhere (eg G1) in file1
Drag the formula down to the end
    =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A1,'[File 2.xlsx]Sheet1'!$A:$A,1,0),"not found")
And you can see if email exist in file 2
