I work in HR and I am hoping someone can help me expedite a painfully long process.

I have 1 master spreadsheet that contains employee records for the entire company.
They data is divided into 5 regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC, etc.) and a separate person is responsible for inputting and updating the records for each region.
Twice a month I am responsible for cross-referencing each region's spreadsheet agains the Master file and essentially updating the master record.

I do this by setting up a VLOOKUP with Employee IDs, and a simple "=" formula for each column, one by one. I filter for FALSE results which indicated that the VLOOKUP result for a given column in not equal to the column value in the master... As you can see, this can get very repetitive and often takes 1-2 full days to complete.

My question is, does anyone know a better way to update large amounts of data like this?
It does not necessarily have to be in Excel, if there is another program that allows me to upload/import the spreadsheets and update that would be just fine.
