Locked Rows

Hi

I have locked some rows & i have images in them , still i am able to move them . I don't want allow images to be moved , though in those columns i am not able to edit.

i cant move an image if the workbook is protected and the edit objects is left unchecked what do you mean? it will move with the row when you scroll. other than that i cant touch it
