Combine two columns based on name, Number and score

Hi,

I have three columns in the spreadsheet.

sheet1

A B C

Santhosh 3 14
Praveen 2 24
Praveen 0 12
Praveen 3 7
Santhosh 3 8
Praveen 1 20
Praveen 0 36
Santhosh 1 9

In another sheet (sheet2) output come like this.

A B
Praveen 3/7
Santhosh 3/8

What are the criteria for finding the numbers in sheet 2?

In sheet2 i have the name list in A column. output is highlighted in yellow color in B column.

Output comes based on Highest value of wkts and Lowest value of runs.
