Percentages won't copy and paste properly

Hi

I have this list of percentages that refuses to copy and paste properly. I just want them to appear exactly as they appear in the attached spreadsheet, but if you click on each cell you see they originally had more digits, and so when I use this cell to do a formula with another cell, I get incorrect numbers. I tried round, rounddown, paste as values, and various other things I can't even recall, and no matter what I do, they don't copy and paste as listed.
