Returning Data with the most recent date and time

Hello,
I need to figure out a way to return the most recent tare from each truck. Basically, I plan on making a floating table that will dynamically show the most recent tare so I do not have to look back at the data set and find it manually (when there is much, much more information on this table).

I understand just the very basics of VLOOKUP but I am not able to figure out how to link it with time.

In the end, I would need something that would solely return:

20
25000

16
20000

10
23000


I know I'm rather vague, and new here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
