Name sorting based on Highest total value

Hi,

I want to use SORT function to SORT based on highest total runs by Column C.

What is the best way to sort the name?

Is there any formula (without Pivot option) for name sorting? Output is highlighted in yellow color in output sheet.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sort function", but attached is one way of accomplishing this using formulas.
There are two helper columns (red text). One sums the balls score for each player and the other ranks the player based on these totals.

The table then uses the rank to populate names and the balls/runs totals are populated using SUMIF on your original data.

Hopefully that makes sense.
