Split 1 Cell Value(Numeric) into Various Cells Equally

Hello, Every Body, Its gud to see such plateform for Excel Learning. I have an issue with my excel sheet, i have to Split 1 Cell Value(Numeric) into Various Values(Numeric), & resulted values should must be SUM up of main value, MAIN CONDITION IS IF WE MAY CHANGE ANY 1 OF RESULTED VALUE THEN THEIR SUM VALUE MUST NT EXCEED TO FIRST MASTER CELL VALUE.
IF Any1 has idea about this, I am waiting for his/her kind response

Here is file for splitting cell value in given proportion.
2 issues
1) managing decimal places(in case of round about the remaining or added fraction must b managed in other cell values)
2) by changing 1 value automaticaly change others to kp the result at 35
