Need to find a value in a column

We have a table that has a value that we are interested in that is always in the cell next to that value.

The example sheet will help with this explanation.

We want to go to this table and find the Customer in Column B that matches 8H. Then we want to find their account number, which is always to the left by one cell. So in this case, we want it to find OIO898 in cell A12.

Any help please without macros!?
