    Exclamation Help with formatting

The attached shows how I'd like a form to look when printed. The inspectors fill out the lines and when they get to the last line row 30 I want the next 30 lines to take on the same formatting so when they are done I can print 2 full pages that look the same. Its a manual form that they type into. If you have any suggestions on how to achieve what I'm looking for please HELP HELP HELP.

Can I set a default formatting? do it programmatically, conditional formatting

    what the hell????
