Combine more than 2 cells in 1 cell

A1=SHAHIN
B1=1/1/2014 12:01:00 AM
C1=1/2/2014 9:30:00 AM

Now I want combine all three cells data in one cell as like below:

SHAHIN FROM 1/1/2014 12:01:00 AM TO 1/2/2014 9:30:00 AM


I am new in this forum. Plz help someone.

If time is text =A1&" FROM "&B1&" TO "&C1

If not replace B1 in the above as TEXT(B1,"m/d/yyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM")
Same for C1
