Is there an easy way to format multiple pages all at once?

    Hello again.

I have a workbook with fifty two pages (one for each week of the year) for payroll. I am trying to get all the formatting (like column width, spacing, and formulas) on these pages the same but it seems that no matter how hard I try I miss something in several of them...is there an easy way to, say, create on page, then replicate several other from it?

I have tried good old fashion copy and paste but it seems that the cells never retain their sizes and such even when I choose to keep formatting.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Cheers
    Tom

You can group all those sheets together, by clicking on the first tab, then right-clicking and choosing select All Sheets. Now, if you make a change to one sheet (such as column widths) it will affect all the other sheets in the same way, so you only have to make the changes once. Remember to right-click and choose Ungroup Sheets when you have finished.

    Hope this helps.
