How to make a pair of a mobile number

Dear Sir,






I am new in this site my question is that i have a file in which i need pair a mobile no into 10 columns now i am sending you a attachment in which mention my problem i hope you will understand it.
Only i need that how much pair can be made like.

1-2
1-3
2-3
Above example in 2 columns if there is large numbers then i need it in 10 columns please help me as soon as you can.
