File does not work on other laptop

I have a excel file that is working 100% on my laptop, but when I gave the same file to someone els, to put al the info in, while I am on leave, it does not work on her laptop.

Here are two screen on for myne and one for her’s.

I do not know what the problem can be.

When we open the file and rename it to todays' date, it does not show enable, how do I get it to show enable to test it

If there is a external data connection then it will automatically show the enable content based on your excel settings
