Data Validation - Look up a whole table rather than a selection

Hi,

I have a cell with data validation that I would like to look at table and be dynamic rather than a manual selection. So when I add to the list the data validation will reconise there are more options.

Is this possible?

Hi Thanks for the reply.

There isn't a lot of data, however I want other people to use the sheet and want it to be idiot proof if you know what I mean.

So I have the data data which the validation looks to which is named 'Skills'. I want the user to be able to add to that list, then when they go back to the drop down list it appears there, so they don't have to go Data > Data Validation > List > Selection every time.
