transform thousands of columns to A Single row

Hey pros, how do I transform thousands of groups of columns (each group has 6 columns) into A Single row (placed into another sheet) using Macro?

Since my data is large, so efficiency is also important.

    Thanks very much.

There are only 16384 columns.... do you have more than 2730 records? If you do, they won't fit.

There are over 16384 cols, but I split them up several times. Thanks again, this problem is solved.
