Data Link Properties window doesn't appear on import from Access

Hi guys,

I've got a bit of a problem when I import tables/queries from Access.

Normally when you click "From Access" on the "Get External Data" tab on the Ribbon you select the desired database and are then greeted by the "Data Link Properties" window. This allows you to select "Read Only" if you wish to before accessing the database.

Unfortunately for me I'm not seeing the Data Link Properties window and this means I connect to the Access d/b with "Share Deny Write" mode and this causes a lot of problems for other users.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I'm not seeing the Data Link Properties window? And preferably how to do so?
