    Locking spreadsheets

I am trying to lock down a spreadsheet, this would include all formula, data, and which computer is allowed to open the spreadsheet as well as put an expiration date on the file so it not able to be opened after a certain date.

Does anyone have advice on this whether or not I am able to do this within excel or do I need to purchase and aftermarket software?
