MS Excel to Mac Numbers Conversions

Anyone know of a conversion tool to move excel worksheets to numbers without loosing all the functions and formulas?

Friend and I are working a project and the excel worksheets will not function on her Mac.

    Thx

I dont think there is any "tool" that will convert for you - some windows excel functions simply do not exist in the mac versions.

When you open the file on teh mac machine, which functions are not working? perhaps those can be changed to somethinmg more mac-friendly

Perhaps stating the obvious but why not use Excel for Mac on the Mac?

Yes - Excel on the Mac is the obvious solution but not the immediate one.
Might have to go that direction.

Thanks for the consideration regarding my situation.
