    Is there a way to set 2 decimal places in a cell without typing the (.) actual decimal?

    Is there a way to format or set a formula to a cell to where it automatically inserts a decimal between 4 numbers.
    I want to type say 3154 without typing the decimal and the cell automatically read 31.54. Is this possible? Thanks

    excel options,advanced /automatically insert 2 decimal places
