Copy and paste in multiple worksheets

Hi, I have a template that has to be used in multiple worksheets. Can someone help me with a way in which i can paste the headings in all sheets at the same time. The template has a portion where one has to sign.

Open the clipboard. Select and copy the data that you want on all worksheets. Copy.
Click on the first worksheet that you want the copy to be on. Hold down the shift key and click on the last worksheet for the copy. Select the upper left corner of the area where you want the copy to be and click the copied data that is on the Clipboard. The copy will be copied onto all the grouped worksheets.
