Trying to Hide only certain items filtered in a Table

I want to remove some data from a sheet before I send it the protected sheet to clients. I have a column with Qty with data validation values of 0, 10, 50, 100 for each row. I want to hide all the rows where the value is 0 so the client can't see them in a filtered or un-filtered view. I will protect the sheet as well so they can only filter the table. I tried hiding the rows and then protecting the sheet but it still allows you to filter with value 0 as an option.

Is there a way to hide these rows without deleting the rows that contain this value?

If the data you want to hide is sensitive...Delete the rows.

The data isn't sensitive, i just want to make the sheet simpler and smaller for the clients to navigate. Is it even possible to do what I want without deleting the data?

If there are formulae in the table, copy the table and then Paste, Values. This will leave only the values. Then as Ron Coderre suggested delete the rows and columns with 0 values. This, as far as I am concerned, is the only sure way of accomplishing what you want. This is just a presentation to clients so only present them with what you want to present and nothing more.

This will present only what you want seen with NO possibility of other data being accessed.
