Need all sheet to be change if i change the master

Dear All,

Please help me, every day I have to export the data from our system to excel and from that I have to make lots of seprate reports, now what I need is if I change the I change the sheet data only all other reports have to change accordingly, please find the attached file for more details.
sheet "item" is the item master which never be changed
