copy & paste between worksheets, formulae still refer to first worksheet

Column I formula is an IF referring to column H.

    =if(H2="this","Yes","No")

Except, it mentions H2 14 times. I want to move it to Worksheet 2.

Short of manually correcting every instance of H2, how do I cut and paste so that the pasted formula refers to Worksheet 1, so I get

    =if('Worksheet 1'!H2="this","Yes","No")

    ?

Just cut and paste it - the reference will automagically update with the relevant sheet name for H2.

Nope. They reroute to refer to the cells on the left of the second worksheet.

Are you COPYING and pasting, or CUTTING and pasting?
