Move a column to another sheet by drag and drop?

How do you drag a column from one sheet to another? (Not copy and paste)

Re: Move a column to another sheet by drag and drop?

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot drag/drop to other sheets. Instead, try cut/paste...unlike copy/paste, it moves the data, and maintains all links to and from those cells
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Cool Re: Move a column to another sheet by drag and drop?

Highlight the column, click the selection border and hold, press alt and hold, then drag and drop on the desired sheet! PLUS: once you hit the sheet tab with your cursor, you can select where the column will end up by moving it ON to the sheet. Easy as 1, 2, 3! Hope it helps!!!!

    Thanks.
