Need help for protect cells

I am creating a excel order form, so that to let my customer be able to input the product they want to buy in the list area and in the mean time unable to change the basic layout of the excel sheet, eg: logo, title etc.
As far as I know that the if i want to locked partial of the cell and able to change another partial of the cell I need to go to --->right click-----> format cells...---->protection ---->check locked for the part I want to locked, uncheck the locked for the part I want to be able to edit under protection circumstance. But however if one customer order more product than unprotected row I left for inputting, then they will unable to input the exceed product. So I am wondering if there is a way that they change only change the order part, unable to change my layout logo, and also they can change the format of the sheet, or adding more row to the protected area.

Highlight the area you want protected. Under the view menu you can choose 'protect sheet'. This will allow to choose options for what you want to protect within the highlighted area. You can also choose to have the sheet password protected or not. If you want different sections to have different rules you can highlight different portions of the sheet and protect them individually (i.e. lock the heard rows from even being selected and lock the order form rows so they can only add data where you want them to.
