Date Autofill Query

Hello I am using Excel 2003. I have this date on one cell which says 01-Jan-12 , when I drag (autofill) this to the following cells i am getting 01-Jan-13, 01-Jan-14.

Could you please kindly suggest, What should i do to get 01-Feb-12, 01-Mar-12, 01-Apr-12 when I do the autofill .

I would like to get the month updated and not years

I am getting a NAME# error when i applied the formula. I guess it may be because the formula will not work in Excel 2003.

Can you /anyone suggest a solution for the above for Excel 2003
