I have been working on creating re source sheet on for weekly basis for my team. Issue is
So say there are 3 different projects
P1,P2 and P3 with two employees E1, E2 (+1 if required in case help required E3)
P1 estimate hours for two task plus additional request work = 88 [24(task1)+32(task2)+32(address Issue for task1/2)]
P2 estimate hours for 4 task = 16 [(4*4 if 4 hrs are worked for 4 task)
P3 estimate hours = 0
Now considering weekly available hours are 40 (=8*5), hence for 2 people it would be 80 hrs, hence we would reqquire additonal help
now say if E1 and E2 are to be worked on P1 only, E3 primary and E2/E1 secondary on P2.
How i can build something which gives utilization of individual employee i.e E1,E2 and E3 for the week based on estimate hours.
Note: For any project 70% would be worked by primary Employee, 30% by secondary.
Assuming 80% would be the actual production for E1, E2 and E3
