i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SEARCH FROM OPEN UP IN EXCELL WHERE BY I ENTER ENGINEER NUMBER OR BRANCH, THIS WOULD THEN FILTER AND SHOW ME THE INFORMATION THAT INEED SO THAT I CAN EITHER EDIT ADD OR USE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO IT ON ONE SHEET OR WOULD IT HAVE TO BE SPREAD ACCOSS MULTIPLE SHEETS.

We can do all sorts of searches.

Either using cells on a workbook or a userform.

In the attached example I use the cells c8 to G12 as search options
