Indirectly show or hide Grouped data rows

If you want to hide/unhide row based on the cell value you need macro to do this task
or you can use filter

I have several section on one sheet, so filter won't work and it's not 'realtime' either.
I'd like to have a checkbox that, when checked, shows the hidden/grouped rows.
Do you have a macro for this?
