I have a list of record sales data; now what?

I self released an album a couple of months back and I have a sales report that I send out monthly to everyone involved on the project and I've been spending waaaay too much time compiling the data for the statements.

I've been using the countif function to count how many of each song is sold but I want to manually plug in the occurrence.

How can I have the occurrence pull from a cell just to the left of the formula cell a d copy the formula down the column pulling from different songs on each row?

Hopefully that's somewhat clear?
