Hi Guys,

I have a column which I want to apply some conditional formatting to. Each cell in the column is formatted to date and has a date currently in it.

Basically I want every cell in the column to change from orange to red based on:

If the date in this column is 31-90 days ahead of today's date then the cell is to be shaded orange. Then, when the date in the cell is 30-0 days ahead of today's date then shade the cell red. If the date is more than 90 days ahead then stay as it is with no shading.

Obviously I know how to get it to shade the cells but I'm not too sure on the formula for this. Could anyone help? (Using Excel 2002)

Thanks,
Lew
