excel automated calendar

I've amended the file (attached). If this is your actual file, you have no more than 10 people on any one day, which occurs in April 2014, so I have set it up to give you 10 entries per day rather than a list to accommodate up to 25. In order to achieve more than 10 entries, however, I have added a Range drop-down in cell M3 of the calendar sheet, where you can select 1-10, 11-20, 21-30 etc. up to 41-50, so this should cope with future expansion. You might like to change the numbers back to names (I haven't changed anything in your pap sheet, so you should be able to just copy the data back in from your master file).
