excel automated calendar

simply I need to take data that I have and have it auto up date a calendar in order to schedule the appointments. I have attached a small example, Id like the calendar to say the patients name that is due, and if possible when they click the patients name in the calendar for it to go back and show the excel row/column that has that patient in it.
