    organisation summary

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone please help me with this task.
    Basically I have a list of 800 plus organisations with different headings/columns.
    In the list, there are same organisations which are listed 2 or 3 times.
    What I want to do is create a summary, so all the same organisations are showing on the same row without having to manually add them on the same row as this will be time consuming

    Please see an example which I have attached.

    Actually the way you have it now is exactly as the data should be stored. This way it is very easy to summarize data and present it in the right way.

    The excel file was just an example. I can't upload the actual file as its sensitive. In the actual file, there are 800 plus organisations in a list and I would say around 400 of these are repeated twice e.g. one organisation has 500 cash on one row and then on the other row it has 200 cheque. How can I add them all on one row without manually ammending?
