Listing specific rows from one sheet in a second sheet

Hello,

I have attached a file showing my current progress on a spreadsheet.

On the first sheet, there's a list of detentions issued by my team. One of the columns is a simple "YES/NO" drop down choice. I would like any students for whom this drop down choice is 'NO' to be listed on the second workbook sheet, escalating it to a department head.

Any ideas on how to get the second sheet to query this on the first sheet and return a list?

Hopefully what i want is clear on the attached workbook.

You can try this.....As this is an array formula so you need to confirm it by Ctrl+Shift+Enter and then drag the formula to the right and the down as far as until you get the blank row.
