Save as web page with interactive features (2010)?

Is it possible to save like this in Excel 2010? There are tutorials that show how to do this with older versions but 2010 doesn't have those features. I've tried with many different settings but the web page is always static. I have drop down list that people should be able to use. I also have one cell that people should be able to add numbers in. How to do this?

For example, this is missing from Excel 2010 publish settings: "Under Viewing options, select the Add interactivity check box".
