Unable to delete empty & get shift cell above which has data automatically using macro

Hi all,

I want to delete or ignore the empty cells and want to shift cells up or above which has data without disturbing the formulas within it on separate sheetSheet.xlsx.

attached the sample excel sheet for more information

please help on the same.

Thank you so much for your quick and accurate response but sir this has to be done manually and I want excel vba code for the same and I don't want to delete the cell coz it has formulas in it.

Just try record macro and do the given method. The record macro will show you how the code will look like..

The code does not delete non-empty cells in column C as your sample shows. There are data in column C when you shift the data.

Hi all,

I want to get result using if statement if two criteria matches as example-I want if C1 has text ABC and C4 has value more than zero(Ex-1) answer should be ABC18MM AND if C1 has text XYZ and C4 has value more than zero(Ex-1) answer should be XYZ19MM.

Have attached xls sheet for reference..

kindly do the needful..
