Downloaded Excel file taking long time to open

Hi User,

Its a simple concern -
I have downloaded the bigger data from "(any CRM application)" which is in *.xls format but taking longer time to open in Excel.
Can someone help me how I can open the file without time consuming.

Data has 60,000 rows and 28 columns.

Note: unable to attach the data cause of bigger size.

Ram size is matters, to open large files.....

If u open the sheet then split the large file into halves. Put a half each on sheet 1 and sheet 2. Link any totalling or analysing cells to sheet 3, and summarise sheet 3 if required. Hopefully, someone will provide a better answer.
