Help with pricing a developed application?

Hi.

I've developed a report system for my company.
Basically it's just a webpage form that operators post info to an access database.
Then users with different "userlevels" open an excel file to import these reports from the database for veiwing and adds comment to send it to our qualtiy department.

Now, another company found out about this and want to buy this system I've done and asked how much it costs.
Omg, I don't know how much. Anyone have any idea on how to pricing this?
I have no idea how many hours I've put to this as it has been an ongoing process develop this.

How much is a vba programmer per hour in your country?

Hard to give you much of a clue from what you have described, have you looked on the internet for commercial programs that do similar things? How much do they cost?

I have tried to search but mosty they say, "contact us for prices".
I guess it's hard to say because it would take me some to expain everything I've done. Some search functions and different user level controls to handle it, also exporting to different statistics diagrams.
Mostly thinking in general what do Excel things costs?
