    Sumproduct from a table not calculating

    ive been playing around with sumproduct and I had it working. but now for some reason I cant get it to Calculate fully.

    Ive attached a file to help.

    I basically need to work out how many times between 09/10/2013 and 15/11/2013 that Tony has "resolved" his issues. (based on date received)
    .

    I've converted to a range to help with the test.


    I really cant see where I'm going Wrong

    The problem is that column J is formated as text and not date.

    ah.. i know.. the access DB is set to text!
