Hi - I've got a lot of files where I create a custom menu that installs on the Workbook_Open command. All of the previous files I've done this for, the right-click menu will only appear when the page layout is set to Normal. It has never appeared when a user is in "Page Break" mode.

Today, I created a menu for a user and it works as expected on everyone's computer except for one user. The custom menu only appears when she is in Page Break Preview mode and it does not appear in Normal mode. The only thing I could notice different was that he Ribbon was a different color than mine (hers was a bit greyer).

Anyone have any ideas why this might be occurring?
