simple but can't make it, delete blank pages?!?!

    Hello all!

Please see the attached .xls file, I need to get rid of the extra blank pages where there is only the vertical page break... when I go on print preview I get 4 pages but I just need the 2 pages where there is the actual data... I know it appears trivial but I didn't manage to find a solution.

    Please help!

    ok.
Click the View Menu then select "Page Break Preview"
Select a any cell in any column from K onwards (just a cell) then type anything in that cell.
It will bring out the "breaks" then just adjust it for only 2 pages.
I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

There is a little star ( ADD REPUTATION ) below those person who helped you. Click it to say your "PRIVATE APPRECIATION TO THEIR EFFORT ON THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS "

    Regards,
    Vladimir

Thank you! I tried that but not sure if it works, I clicked the View Menu and selected "Page Break Preview" , I wrote a letter in the first cell of column K and it brought up the "breaks" , but from there I'm not sure how to adjust for only 2 pages... please see the attached screenshot of what i have

    thanks again!

great thank you! I managed to drab the thick blue border into the right position and now the printing area is correct.
However if I go in page layout I still get an extra page, please see the screenshot. Maybe it doesn't bother but i'd like to get rid of that blank page... so now the page break view is fine but the page layout view carries the extra page
    thanks in advance!

You are currently positioned in Column M. So that Page is also activated.
Click anywhere in the setup page area say click - >Cell A1.
