You are tying this =Sheet1!$D$4 on which sheet and what is the purpose?

sheet1.my purpose is to put check boxes in d4:d41 beginning with this formula =Sheet1!$D$4.i dont wanna to type this formula again and again such like =Sheet1!$d$5 and so on, on the cell below d4.how to do the fastest way?

i wanna to count the total attendance and to create a check box(SELECT ALL)and vice-versa that can select all the checkboxes create in d4:d41.
